Intesa Sanpaolo provides an electronic invoice management system that enables companies and Public Administrations to digitise the invoice transmission and regulatory storage process, thereby reducing costs and administration time.
The service covers the entire transmission cycle of sales and purchases, domestic and international invoices, as well as the regulatory storage of documentation, through a modular system that can be easily adapted to the needs of each customer.

SALES CYCLE

The service that allows client companies to acquire sales invoices in different standards (XML SDI, XML CBI, Dafne III, Peppol), transmit the invoices to their customers according to the chosen channels (electronic, paper) and receive the transmission outcomes.


PURCHASING CYCLE

The service that allows client companies to incorporate purchases invoices and optimise the credit access process using the electronic invoice advance request.


REGULATORY STORAGE

The regulatory storage service makes it possible to simplify the archiving process and to fulfil regulatory invoice storage requirements, both for the sales cycle and for the purchasing cycle. In addition, the service allows to fulfil regulatory storage requirements for accounting books and records in a secure, fast and confidential manner.


Easy Fattura is a solution that guarantees the constant adaptation of the invoice transmission and storage processes to current regulations, as well as the possibility of integration with the European standard invoice transmission system and with the accounting systems (ERP).

In order to use the service, you need to have signed a Bancaidentity digital signature contract.
