Intesa Sanpaolo and all Group companies and banks subject to accessibility regulations are adapting their digital channels to the accessibility requirements set out in the relevant regulations, inspired by the values of their code of ethics.

The right to accessibility is one of the key factors to which the Group has always paid the utmost attention, including through constant review and maintenance of its digital channels and content.

Declaration of accessibility

Intesa Sanpaolo undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.

This declaration of accessibility relates to the website www.inbiz.intesasanpaolo.com.

COMPLIANCE STATUS

This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of UNI CEI EN 301549 regulation due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.

NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT

The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason:

Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004

  • The video contents on the ‘What is Inbiz?’ page and the ‘Article’ page do not have any subtitles and/or audio description.
  • On the ‘Search results’ page, there is a drop-down menu, currently not visible, without a description explicitly associated with the menu.
  • In the ‘Cookie Modal’ the close button does not have a correct role and name assigned to it and is thus not correctly identifiable by assistive technologies. Moreover, it is not reachable by keyboard navigation.
  • On all analysed pages, logo images do not have any textual alternative and the screen reader does not recognise decorative icons as images to be ignored.
  • In the HTML, there are elements with the same ID, style indications (e.g. Store product sheets) and parsing errors. In addition, in the pages code the main language of the contents is not specified.
  • The contents of the pages are not all included within the appropriate reference points (e.g. the footer). On specific pages (e.g. Page containing the accessibility declaration, Privacy, Digital Signature Software) the menu is erroneously included in the main reference point. Tables are sometimes used to organise the layout of contents (e.g. Upload streams, Recap, Profile users table). At code level, some elements are indicated with tags that do not express their meaning (e.g. Accessibility declaration, Security, Privacy, Digital signature software).
  • Some pages do not have a representative title (e.g. Personal data step 1, Contacts, Homepage of the showcase website and Get comfortable in the new Inbiz) and some titles do not have the right importance at code level (e.g. Homepage, Get comfortable in the new Inbiz, Contacts) or are listed in a non-significant order (e.g. Profile user table, Upload flows).
  • Links are poorly distinguishable due to a lack of underlining and have the same text for different destinations (e.g. Homepage, Proposal sheet and Showcase website pages). In some cases the link texts are unclear as to their purpose (e.g. showcase website pages). There are interactive elements - links, buttons, tabs - that have a role that is not recognisable by assistive technologies (e.g. Homepage, Mobile top-up and showcase website pages). Such elements in other cases do not have a specified accessible name, visible in the interface displayed to users (e.g. showcase website pages).
  • The pages do not follow the preferences the user sets in the browser, e.g. font size. Contents do not always fit correctly when the window is resized and oriented vertically (e.g. Forecast chart, Table with checkboxes and internal links, Recap, and showcase website pages) and when the space between rows is increased (e.g. Upload streams and showcase website pages). Sufficient alternatives for navigating the portal contents are lacking.
  • Keyboard navigation is incomplete, complicated by not perceivable and inconsistent focus (e.g. User entry, Transfer order and showcase website pages), and interaction may cause difficulties for persons with motor disabilities and/or using screen readers. Jumping to the main content of the page is not possible.
  • In some cases, the texts, buttons and icons colours have insufficient contrast with the background colour (e.g. in texts in the Profile tab, in the Customise Home modal, in the footer of the showcase website pages).
  • Some pages have structure and graphic elements different from the other pages. These pages are therefore not sufficiently consistent and identifiable with the rest of the analysed website (e.g. Privacy, Signature Software).
  • Some forms do not contain exhaustive instructions for completing the fields (e.g. Mobile top-up) and do not have accessible enter buttons (e.g. Login and Table checkboxes and internal links). Fields often do not have associated textual descriptions (e.g. Profile tab, Table with key) and when completed, self-completion is not always activated (e.g. Associate product manually) or there are error hints (e.g. Filterable table list, Table with checkboxes and search fields, Showcase website homepage).

On pre-login pages, accessible alternatives are provided through a specific tool.
