Intesa Sanpaolo undertakes to make its website accessible, in accordance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004.
This declaration of accessibility relates to the website www.inbiz.intesasanpaolo.com.
COMPLIANCE STATUS
This website is partially compliant with the requirements set out in Appendix A of UNI CEI EN 301549 regulation due to the cases of non-compliance listed below.
NON-ACCESSIBLE CONTENT
The contents listed below are not accessible for the following reason:
Non-compliance with Law No. 4 of 9 January 2004
- Some videos do not have subtitles and/or audio description.
- On the ‘Search results’ page, there is a drop-down menu that is currently not visible and does not have a description explicitly associated with it.
- In the ‘Cookie modal’, the close button does not have a correct role and name and is not correctly identifiable by assistive technologies. Furthermore, it cannot be reached via keyboard navigation.
- On all pages analysed, logo images do not have a text alternative and the screen reader does not recognise decorative icons as images to be ignored.
- The HTML contains elements with the same ID, style indications (e.g. store product sheets) and parsing errors. Furthermore, the main language of the content is not specified in the page code.
- Not all page content is included within the appropriate reference points (e.g. the footer). On specific pages (e.g. the page containing the accessibility statement, privacy policy and digital signature software), the menu is incorrectly included in the main reference point. Tables are sometimes used to organise the layout of content (e.g. upload streams, recap, profile user table). At the code level, some elements are indicated with tags that do not express their meaning (e.g. Accessibility statement, Security, Privacy, Digital signature software).
- Some pages do not have a representative title (e.g. Registration step 1, Contacts, Showcase website homepage and Make yourself comfortable in the new Inbiz) and some titles do not have the right importance at code level (e.g. Homepage, Make yourself comfortable in the new Inbiz, Contacts) or are listed in a meaningless order (e.g. Profile user table, Upload flows).
- Links are difficult to distinguish as they are not underlined and have the same text for different destinations (e.g. Homepage, Proposals and showcase website pages). In some cases, the link texts are unclear as to their purpose (e.g. showcase website pages). There are interactive elements - links, buttons, tabs - that have a role that is not recognisable by assistive technologies (e.g. Homepage, Mobile recharge and showcase site pages). In other cases, these elements do not have an accessible name specified that is visible in the interface that users see (e.g. showcase site pages).
- Pages do not follow the preferences set by the user in their browser, such as font size. Content does not always adapt correctly to window resizing and vertical orientation (e.g. forecast chart, table with checkboxes and internal links, recap, and showcase pages) and if the line spacing is increased (e.g. upload streams and showcase pages).. There are not enough alternatives for navigating the portal content.
- Keyboard navigation is incomplete, complicated by imperceptible and inconsistent focus (e.g. user login, transfer layout and showcase site pages), and interaction can cause difficulties for people with motor disabilities and/or who use screen readers. It is not possible to skip to the main content of the page.
- In some cases, text, buttons and icons have insufficient contrast with the background colour (e.g. in the Profile tab, the Customise Home modal, and in the footer of the showcase site pages).
- Some pages have a different structure and graphic elements from other pages. These pages are therefore not sufficiently consistent and identifiable with the rest of the website analysed (e.g. Privacy, Signature software).
- Some forms do not provide comprehensive instructions for completing the fields (e.g. Mobile top-up) and do not have accessible submit buttons (e.g. Login and Table checkbox and internal links). Fields often do not have associated text descriptions (e.g. Profile tab, Table with legend) and when they are completed, auto-complete does not always activate (e.g. Manually associate product) or there are error suggestions (e.g. Filterable table list, Table with checkboxes and search fields, Showcase website homepage).
On pre-login pages, accessible alternatives are provided via a specific tool.
