How to access Inbiz services

If you have problems accessing the portal or viewing the access map, we recommend checking the version of the browser you are using and clearing your browser history.
To increase the level of security both in accessing systems and authorising operational functions, advanced authentication systems are available:
- "Key" token for generating temporary passwords (One Time Password - OTP);
- Token with QR code reader for generating temporary passwords (OTC);
- Intesa Sanpaolo Inbiz App for generating temporary passwords (Virtual OTP);
- SMS for receiving temporary passwords (One Time Password via SMS - OTS);
- Instruments with the digital signature feature (USB key).

Access with OTP key or OTP key combined with Remote Digital Signature certificate

The system is accessed using a combined set of static credentials (User Code and PIN Code) with a dynamic password, which can be used only once (OTP code). To access the services, enter in the "OTP" tab, found in the Login section:
User Code:
The personal identification code, stated in the Inbiz service contract.
PIN Code:
If the services are being accessed for the first time, it is the security code that was sent to the customer via e-mail, who will be asked to change the code when accessing the system. If the customer has already logged in before, it is the PIN code chosen and confirmed by them
OTP Code:
to be entered after pressing SEND
The OTP Code is a temporary 6-digit code generated by the OTP "key" provided at the branch and is shown on the display once the specific button on the device is pressed.
With the OTP combined with a Remote Digital Signature certificate, the generation of the new Signature Certificate PIN will be automatically requested (chosen by the user). The Certificate PIN created must be confirmed by entering the OTP Code generated with the "key".

Access with OTP received via SMS (OTS)

The system is accessed - just as for the OTP key - using static credentials (User Code and PIN Code) and a dynamic password that can be used only once (OTP code) sent to the customer via SMS to the mobile number verified in-branch.

Access with Virtual OTP

Accessing the Inbiz service for the first time must be done through the Intesa Sanpaolo Inbiz app by entering the User Code (the personal identification code, stated in the Inbiz service contract) and the PIN code (the security code that was sent to the customer via e-mail, who will be asked to change the code when accessing the system). After logging in for the first time, the user logs in using the two static credentials (User Code and PIN Code) and a dynamic password, which can be used only once (Virtual OTP code).

Virtual OTP Code

This is the temporary 6-digit code generated by the smartphone device on which the Intesa Sanpaolo Inbiz app has been installed. By confirming the push notification received on the user’s smartphone with the PIN code, the OTP code is automatically sent from the Intesa Sanpaolo Inbiz app to the Inbiz portal. If the notification is not received, the Inbiz portal can be accessed by capturing the QR code image that will be displayed on Inbiz, or by entering the OTP code displayed on the Intesa Sanpaolo Inbiz app.

Access with digital certificate

If the Inbiz services are being accessed for the first time after the device has been received, the instructions contained in the provided user guide must be followed, with the device's PIN code and both parts of the PCC code (one part was directly printed off in the branch and one part was sent via e-mail to the user's personal mailbox), which will be used to complete the set-up of the device.
If the user has the USB key and has already completed the certificate installation procedure, the user must insert the key in the USB port of their computer and access the Inbiz services, selecting, in the Login area, the "Digital Signature" tab. Remember to enter, when requested, the PIN of the device provided with the key.

Access with token provided with a QR code reader (OTC)

To access the services, enter in the "OTP" tab, found in the Login section:
User Code:
The personal identification code, stated in the Inbiz service contract.
PIN Code:
If the services are being accessed for the first time, it is the security code that was sent to the customer via e-mail, who will be asked to change the code when accessing the system.
If the customer has already logged in before, it is the PIN code chosen and confirmed by them
If the Inbiz services are being accessed for the first time after the device has been received, once the user presses "SEND" in the Login section, they will need to perform the token-user linking procedure. For accessing the services after this - once the User Code and PIN have been entered in the Login section - capture the QR code displayed on the portal. Once the token's PIN has been entered, a dynamic password (OTP code) to be entered on the portal will appear on its display.

OTC token linking with QR code reader

When the user logs in for the first time to Inbiz after receiving the OTC token provided with a QR code reader, they will need to follow a few simple steps to link it to them.
Once the User Code and PIN Code have been entered in the Login section - OTP tab - the user will need to turn on the OTC token for the first time and capture the first colour matrix (QR code) using the camera on the back of the device itself.
Following the instructions on the OTC token display, the user will need to choose a 5-digit PIN for the device and confirm it.
This PIN will be requested when the Inbiz portal is accessed from now on.
Following confirmation of the device's PIN, a 10-digit numeric password will be shown on the display for the linking procedure, and must be entered in the OTP Code form on the Inbiz portal.
By pressing SEND, a new colour matrix (QR code) will be shown on the portal: by capturing it with the OTC token, a new 6-digit OTP will be generated on its display to be entered on the Inbiz portal in the OTP Code form.
By pressing SEND, the linking procedure is completed: from now on, for accessing the services, it will not be necessary to repeat this procedure but rather the user can simply enter the User Code and PIN and capture the generated colour matrix (after accessing and unlocking the token using the device PIN selected during the linking process).

Code block and protection

Forgotten your code?

If you do not remember the User Code, you can retrieve it from the contract or, if this is not possible, from your contact person in the company or at the branch.
If you have forgotten your PIN for access to Inbiz and
- you use the USB key with the digital certificate, it is necessary to access the specific function available in the device menu; remember to have your PUK code, which was provided together with the device;
- for all other types of credentials, you can ask your contact person in the company or at the branch to generate a new PIN, which will then be changed when you first access the Inbiz systems.
If you have forgotten the device PIN of the QR code token, you must get in touch with your contact person at the branch.

In the event of theft, loss or misappropriation:

As soon as you become aware of the loss, theft or misappropriation, or in general, of an unauthorised use, of all or some personal Codes, you must promptly notify the bank and your contact person in the company and request the blocking of the Access Codes.
In all cases, you can contact your branch and request the delivery of new access devices (both OTP/OTC devices and USB keys).

Direct code blocking

It is possible to lock codes yourself. In order to lock your codes, you must enter the following five consecutive times: the correct User Code, an incorrect PIN, and (when prompted) the correct date of birth.
To lift the direct blocking of the Codes, you must get in touch with your company contact person or visit your branch, choosing from the following options:
- Simple lifting of the block, keeping the previous codes unchanged;
- Lifting the block and requesting a new PIN code, which will be sent via e-mail to your personal e-mail inbox;
- Delivery of a new OTP/OTC device, in the event of theft, loss or tampering.

Data protection

Please note that the identification codes are strictly personal: they must not be disclosed to third parties and must be kept separate from each other.
Changing the PIN code is recommended, through the special functions available in the dedicated section within the Inbiz Services or on the app.
The Codes must not be disclosed to anyone: our security policies do not require the customer to provide their access codes by e-mail or by telephone.
