The “trade credit” service targets medium-large sized industrial and commercial companies which have an indirect sales network and seek to adapt the payments to the sales cycle.
Mediocredito Italiano offers the certainty of collecting credits and at the same time grants the companies' customers favourable terms for a possible further credit extension.
Mediocredito Italiano performs an adequate assessment and undertakes to manage all of the customers' assigned receivables.
This service requires a triangular agreement to be entered into by the supplier, customer and Mediocredito Italiano to allow the supplier to pay the assigned receivables at the due date and allow the customer a further credit line, thereby, effectively optimising the commercial distribution chain flows.
The supplementary credit line is subject to the customer's payment, but can be agreed according to specific commercial policies, in order to distribute borrowing costs between the supplier and the customer.
Furthermore, Mediocredito Italiano is able to anticipate the amount of the purchased receivables, on request, based on a percentage to be agreed (generally 80%) and to offer a guarantee that is 100% secure against the possible insolvency risk of your company's customers, if the agreed operations envisage non-recourse.
