Easy Fattura is an electronic invoice management product that allows Italian companies to outsource the invoicing process to the bank, via Inbiz, the Intesa Sanpaolo Group's new Corporate Internet Banking solution. By switching from a paper-based management solution to an advanced management solution, companies achieve a significant reduction in costs and processing time. The service includes managing both the accounts receivable and accounts payable invoicing cycles delivering legally compliant electronic archiving as well.
Customers can use Easy Fattura to import payable invoices into their accounting system:
- in electronic mode, transmitted by all the member companies of the CBI Consortium
- via Inbiz, if the buyer and the supplier both use Intesa Sanpaolo's Internet Banking platform
Furthermore, Easy Fattura allows customers to electronically archive even paper invoices after completing the necessary digitisation process that can be performed by the company itself or can be entrusted to a provider, if the customer prefers to outsource the process. At the end of the digitisation process, Intesa Sanpaolo will receive a structured flow which the company may download into its accounting system.
In addition ancillary functions for managing payments and reconciliation are available, such as the origination of debit instructions for onward transmission to any bank participating in the CBI Consortium and the automatic reconciliation of the transactions via the special module integrated in Easy Fattura.
