After five consecutive attempts to access Internet services with incorrect codes, the system will automatically block your access to system.
If you want to change your PIN you must use the “Change PIN Code” functionality that is present in the working area of the website of the Service. The code does not expire.
If you are signing in for the first time to the Services via the Internet you will be asked, after entering your PIN and OTP credentials, to change your PIN code by entering the confirmation code as OTP. Now you can navigate around the site accessing to services reserved to customers.
Please remember to log out whenever you have finished using the service or when you leave your computer.
